The fund is only open to the first 500 investors. Requirements are $50k minimum investment with a 3-5 year target holding period. We are planning on purchasing 10-15 properties with our first fund, several of which have already been identified or are in the process of being purchased.
We will start to deploy funds immediately as we have several properties immediately available and to take advantage of the favorable market conditions for cash buyers. Investors will begin to see monthly returns immediately as the properties purchased have existing leases and paying tenants.
Our anticipated holding period is 3-5 years. Our thesis is that lower interest rates will drive down expected cap rates and inflate property values over this time, generating additional return for investors. Our goal is to provide at least 15% annual return between monthly income and asset appreciation.
